Co-founder of BLD Design with over a decade of experience in interior design. Her work is centered on material expression, tonal balance, and the creation of calm, cohesive environments.

Alan Krasilnikov
After a 20-year career in finance, Alan transitioned to interior design, where his passion for space, material, and detail found full expression—supported by a foundation of precision, structure, and strategic thinking. As the driving force behind Dental House, a boutique dental practice in NYC, which he has managed for the past 7 years, he led the design vision and execution, creating a refined, high-performing environment. His background enables him to approach each project with both creative sensitivity and operational rigor. As Principal Designer of BLD, he brings a distinctive perspective to dental interiors, seamlessly integrating timeless design with an expert understanding of clinical flow, functionality, and efficiency.
